NY Bae is known for its affordable products in the market. NY Bae super matte lipstick is one of them, 2 shades in this range namely peppy pearson 01 and passionate pamela 12 are very popular.

PRICE: INR 150 for 4.2 grams of product but NY Bae always has some or the other sale and sale price is as low as rs 100. I will advice to grab it on the time of sale.
PACKAGING: It is a bullet lipstick which comes a full black plastic packaging. all the bullets look similar. It has a color coded sticker on the type with the shade number written on it and at the bottom is the shade name and quantity written. packaging is not that flimsy and quite sturdy.
The brand claims that NY Bae super matte lipstick is completely matte in texture and enriched with vitamin E.
COLOR : NY Bae super matte lipstick passionate pamela is a pinky nude lipstick. it looks like a light pink colour on fair skintones and a nudish pink on medium to deep skintones. it will suit all the skintones.
NY Bae super matte lipstick comes in 24 shades and has a wide shade range mostly pinks and red. It also has some oranges and some dark shades.

PIGMENTATION: It has a very high pigmentation in one swipe. In the first use it tugs and pulls because it is a matte lipstick but after that glides smoothly. I will recommend to first warm it on the hands by swatching then apply on the lips for clean finish.

TEXTURE: NY Bae super matte lipstick passionate pamela has a strong fragrance of cake which goes after some time. honestly I love the fragrance but it can bother you if you have sensitive nose.
the texture is matte not drying on the lips but as the brand claims it is not super matte. If you have dry lips I will recommend to use a lip balm then wipe it then apply lipstick. after using lipstick it becomes creamier and transfers more. normally it transfers a bit but after blotting it on the tissue paper it becomes transfer proof and color still remain intact.It is not smudge proof too as it is a bullet lipstick. It does not bleed or crumble the lips but can feel drying after few hours so I will recommend to apply lip balm

STAYING POWER: NY Bae super matte lipstick passionate pamela lasts upto 4-5 hours like a normal bullet lipstick. it can survive tea and light snacks and leaves a pinkish tint but it cannot survive heavy meals. It is a good everyday shade in the budget.

USES: NY Bae super matte lipstick passionate pamela is also a great color to wear as a blush. it will give a subtle pinkish glow which looks really natural.
wearing the same lipstick you are going to apply as a blush gives a very nice look. this hack I try everyday and you should try too.
